How does shipping work for cards?

For local UK orders, we aim to deliver within 1-2 working days including Saturdays using Royal Mail 1st Class letter post.

UK shipping is free for orders of £20 or more. For orders under £20 there is a £1.80 shipping fee.

For a set of 20 cards we use a Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service which is trackable.

Every order is packed within 24 hours of receiving it (Mon - Friday). If your order is urgent please do make contact, we want to help as much as possible!

We post all orders in high quality hard-backed envelopes which will go through any standard letter box.

European & Rest of World orders, we aim for 3 - 5 working days to be delivered via Royal Mail International Standard. A small extra charge is applied for deliveries in Europe and Rest of World. This is calculated at checkout once the address is entered.

How does shipping work for prints?

UK mainland shipping is free for all prints.

All prints are sent recorded delivery with a tracking number. When placing an order you will receive an order confirmation.

Prints are all printed to order and typically you will receive a tracking number 2-3 days after your order letting you know a delivery date and time. The process from order to delivery takes approximately 5 working days for framed prints.

Unframed prints follow the same process, with confirmation 1 working day after order and delivery in 2-3 working days.

How can I track my package?

For Prints and Sets of 20 Cards we offer a trackable service free of charge.

Cards are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Prints are sent using a courier service and you can use the tracking number to change a delivery date, leave at another address or any other delivery related instructions.

I'd like to place an order for cards, what's the process?

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store.

You might like to add a personalised message to be handwritten by us in a card, a box is provided to do this when you view the card. This is a free service.

If you order over seven cards shipping is free.

Once you want to proceed with the order do so by going to the cart. You can review your order here. If you have added any personalised messages they can be reviewed. Once this is reviewed by you and you are happy click "checkout".

Add your email address and follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information (if you are sending to someone else enter their information in "Shipping address") and continue to payment.

Select your preferred payment method — all major credit/debit cards are accepted along with PayPal. Review your contact and delivery details and we will ship your package within 24 hours from order placement.

Payments

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. All major debit and credit cards are accepted along with Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

The payment section of the website is fully Payment Card Industry Compliant (PCI-DSS). You will leave our site when entering your details to a secure payment gateway and automatically return when the checkout is complete.

All prices shown include VAT at the standard UK rate.

Discounts

If you have a discount code, enter it at the checkout information page. On mobile, tap "Show order summary" to reveal the discount code box — you'll see the saving applied straight away.

When you sign up to the newsletter you'll receive 10% off your first order. If you can't find your code, just email orders@judigloverart.com and we'll sort it out for you.


Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be completely happy and confident in your purchase — if there is any problem at all please email us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Our returns policy lasts 60 days from purchase. Should you wish to return anything we will be happy to fully refund or exchange a product provided it is undamaged.

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please get in touch and we'll do our best to make it right.

Refunds will not include any postal costs incurred by Judi Glover Art or by you the customer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll be in touch to let you know next steps and process your refund promptly if approved. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your payment provider as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at orders@judigloverart.com

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at orders@judigloverart.com and send your item to: 10 Wilton Business Centre, Salisbury, SP2 0AH, United Kingdom.

Return Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to: 10 Wilton Business Centre, Salisbury, SP2 0AH, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
