For local UK orders, we aim to deliver within 1-2 working days including Saturdays using Royal Mail 1st Class letter post.
UK shipping is free for orders of £20 or more. For orders under £20 there is a £1.50 shipping fee.
For a set of 20 cards we use a Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service which is trackable.
Every order is packed within 24 hours of receiving it (Mon - Friday). If your order is urgent please do make contact, we want to help as much as possible!
We post card all orders in high quality hard-backed envelopes which will go through any standard letter box.
European & Rest of World orders, we aim for 3 - 5 working days to be delivered via Royal Mail International Standard. A small extra charge is applied for deliveries in Europe and Rest of World. This is calculated at checkout once the address is entered.
UK mainland shipping is free for all prints.
All prints are sent recorded delivery with a tracking number. When placing an order you will receive an order confirmation.
Prints are all printed to order and typically you will receive a tracking number 2-3 days after your order letting you know a delivery date and time. The process from order to delivery takes approximately 5 working days for framed prints.
Prints only follow the same process however you will receive confirmation 1 working day after order and delivery in 2-3 working days.
For Prints and Sets of 20 Cards we offer a trackable service free of charge.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. All major debit and credit cards are accepted along with online payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
The payment section of the website is fully Payment Card Industry Compliant (PCI-DSS). You will leave our site when entering your details to a secure payment gateway (for example PayPal) and automatically come back when the checkout is complete.
All prices shown include VAT at the standard UK rate.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We want you to be completely happy and confident in your purchase and if there is any problem at all please email us and we will do our best to resolve it.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Should you wish to return anything we will be happy to fully refund or exchange a product provided if it is undamaged.
If the product returned is not in good condition or it is damaged, refunds will be given at the discretion of the management.
Refunds will not include any postal costs incurred by Judi Glover Art or by you the customer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund but we want to make sure you are happy so this will be an open dialogue with you.
If approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment method company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet please contact us at orders@judigloverart.com
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10 Wilton Business Centre, Salisbury, SP2 0AH, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
